Midlands four-piece Max Raptor are set to release their debut mini album Portraits on April 11^th and are currently supporting Attack Attack on a mini tour throughout various venues in the UK in March of this year.

‘Portraits’ was recorded at Fortress studios in London with Dan Weller and for me epitomises the true essence of punk rock. The 8 track album kicks off with the track ‘The King is Dead’ which is a high octane energy fuelled piece with a classic punk attitude and an anthemic sound. The whole album is full of powerful guitar riffs complimented by some real bold and ballsy lyrical content with inclusive gang vocal chants.

The band are announcing a UK wide headline tour soon set for May this year. An absolutely brilliant album and can’t wait to hear more from them. I am definitely a fan.
