DUTCH AUDIO PLATFORM IS INDUSTRY GAME-CHANGER

The founding of a new Dutch music collective could change the way that record labels work together in the future. Dutch Audio Platform (DAP) is a new socially-aware business model that sees three respected labels join together to share resources and promotional output.
The idea was born from a shared passion for releasing quality electronic music as well a mutual respect between the individuals involved. The three labels driving the project, EevoNext Recordings, Wolfskuil Records and Lessismorecordings, are all dedicated to supporting renowned artists as well as new Dutch and international talent.
They are also hoping to expand the Dutch Audio Platform in the future, bringing other labels on board to join the collective.
Information from each label will now be promoted through a wide range of Dutch Audio Platform channels. This includes a website, Facebook page and monthly press DAP newsletter. This will include updates about new releases and artist signings, events, DJ sets and a wealth of other news.
EevoNext Recordings is a record label specializing in elegant and modern electronic music in its broadest form. Its music is often described as melodic techno, suitable for home listening as well as the dance floor. Artists on the roster include Terrace, Estroe, Tim Wolff and TJ Kong to name just a few.
Wolfskuil Records has an international reputation for spotting talent early and nurturing its artists for the long term. Founded in 2003. Today the roster is a perfect balance between established artists and remixers and talented newcomers. Its sublabel, Balans Records, is also participating in the project.
Lessismorecordings is a schizophrenically diverse label. It has a dark side (represented by black editions and even catalogue numbers) featuring raw techno and electro. It also has a warm, sunny side (white editions and uneven catalogue numbers) focusing more on melodic tech-house and house.
Each label involved has a different philosophy and a different flavour. Dutch Audio Platform aims to combine their individual strengths to bring great music to a broader audience. Through the power of the collective, they hope that more and more people will be introduced to their offerings for the benefit of all.
