| On 24, Jun 2011

TRUCK HEADS STATESIDE FOR THE SECOND YEAR RUNNING

TRUCK AMERICA

FULL MOON RESORT, BIG INDIAN, NY

9th – 11th SEPTEMBER 2011

THE HOLD STEADY
OKKERVIL RIVER
RA RA RIOT
WYE OAK
plus over 30 other bands, comedians, and more!

Team Truck, led by brothers Robin and Joe Bennett, take their years of British festival experience back to the Catskills in upstate New York for Truck America II. The first UK festival promoters to cross the Atlantic with the debut Truck America in 2010, their stateside offering will take place again at the same location, the Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, NY from September 9th to 11th. The Hold Steady, Okkervil River, Ra Ra Riot and Wye Oak are just a few of the festival’s headliners with 30+ more bands and comedians to be announced in the upcoming weeks.

The second American instalment will continue the long-standing Truck tradition of hosting an intimate and creative atmosphere where fan and artist become one. Full Moon Resort is the perfect location, with great food and drink, stunning natural surroundings and incredible friendly service. There is indoor accommodation but most festival goers camp – last year, singer and friend of Truck Willy Mason brought a load of people in a school bus and a geodesic dome to sleep in!

Tickets are available now with the first 200 people to order their tickets receiving a special $99 rate.

Tickets available now through www.truckfestival.us
