“We Are On Fire” is twinned with “Tearz For Animals” (feat. Antony Hegarty) on the 7″ vinyl. A little bit of info below…
The single was recorded with David Sitek in Los Angeles this past winter. CocoRosie also recorded early in the spring of 2012 with Antony Hegarty at their home studio in Brooklyn. CocoRosie’s thoughts on the recording sessions: “Working with Dave is a creative exorcism – musical kinship without boundary.” Antony Hegarty sings on “Tearz For Animals”.
