MOONLIGHT BRIDE PREMIERES “LEMONADE” VIDEO ON SPINNER.COM

| On 04, Apr 2012

Chattanooga based indie-rock band Moonlight Bride has premiered the video for “Lemonade,” the new single from their recently released Twin Lakes EP, exclusively on Spinner.com. Watch the video now at http://aol.it/H0RbJ9.

Produced by Stephen Nichols and mixed by John Goodmanson (Death Cab For Cutie, Los Campesinos!), “Lemonade” is the first single from Moonlight Bride’s new EP, Twin Lakes. The track showcases the band’s crafty songwriting and signature infusion of brooding distortion and haunting melody, resulting in dream-like soundscape of noise-pop ecstasy.

With the help from director Thomas Ramsay, Moonlight Bride captures the leisurely emotions of “Lemonade” perfectly in their new video for the single, which is set in an abandoned warehouse during a masked party.

“I wanted it to embody the feeling of being bored in the summer,” singer/guitarist Justin Giles tells Spinner.com. “And doing things because you want to do them. Not because you have to.”
Moonlight Bride is doing exactly what they want this year too! 2012 is proving to be a groundbreaking year for the band. With multiple buzzworthy performances at SXSW, a South Eastern U.S. tour and the release of their Twin Lakes EP, Moonlight Bride continues to win over new fans and critics alike. And the band is only getting started….

In April, Moonlight Bride will begin writing their full-length follow-up to Twin Peaks to be released later this year. Stay tuned to http://www.moonlightbridemusic.com/ for information and updates.
