Important: There are a number of dodgy sites offering tickets to the festival. They have bought tickets on the regular market and are now offering them for several times the original price. The validity of tickets bought on the secondary market cannot be guaranteed and admittance to the festival may be denied. We strongly advise against buying tickets from auction sites or second-hand. All the information is . As is its tradition, Rock Werchter offers a legal alternative to buying resold festival tickets: the ticket exchange desk. This is at the entrance to the Festivalpark during the festival. Tickets can only be sold on via this office, and at the official ticket prices. This exchange desk has been proven to the efficient. Anyone who, for any reason, has a spare ticket for the festival can offer it for sale. Potential buyers can also register their interest here. About Rock Werchter:
Rock Werchter 2012 will take place at Werchter’s Festivalpark (Belgium) from Thursday June 28 to Sunday July 1. Four days at the Festival Park in the company of the very best contemporary acts on three stages. The festival is determined to present a line-up that crosses musical borders. Every day, more than 80,000 festival-goers from all quarters of the world find their way to Werchter. During the award ceremony of the European Festival Awards in Groningen (the Netherlands) in January, Rock Werchter proudly received the award for ‘Best European Festival Line-Up.’ New in 2012: a third stage. Rock Werchter has widened its spectrum. As always, established acts, heroes of now and then and big names play the Main Stage. The Pyramid Marquee focuses on electronic music in all its danceable versions on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday and in line with previous years, it is reserved for upcoming talent, more intimate acts and late-night dance beats. The Barn, the new stage, is the place where music can be enjoyed in many of its various shapes and, of course, in excellent circumstances. It will not only be a great spot to reunite with some well-known names but also an opportunity to discover the heroes of tomorrow. You could call it a high-quality concert venue at a festival!
