SARAH LOUISE OWEN – Dream Catcher

| On 25, Nov 2012

Welsh singer songwriter Sarah Louise Owen started writing songs at fifteen. Her acoustic and folk songs are popular on BBC Radio Cymru and she was chosen for the BBC New Talent Songwriter’s Academy. She’s inspired by Sarah Mclaughlin and Sara Bareilles.

Her fourth studio album Dream Catcher, out on November 25th, 2012, is self released and produced by Rich Roberts. Sarah says the material tends to be more upbeat than her previous albums.

My Heart is a personal and emotional song whilst The Last Kiss moves with charm and dignity. These Walls has an authentic American feel and was co–written with The Christians’ songwriter and solo artist Henry Priestman. Fireworks shows Sarah’s lighter and quirkier side. She is a lover of stories who tells adventurous tales accompanied by a talented band who play guitar, banjo, violin, piano and harmonica.

Track list: Melody, Song That I Knew, Lifeboat, Dreamcatcher, Love And Anger, My Heart, Broken Hearted World, Fireworks, These Walls, The Last Kiss.
