Stroming debut from British Rockers!!!

Kill for Eden’s debut album is a high octane cocktail. It has stacks of attitude and passion. It’s a great collection of songs with great infectious chorus. This blonde bondshell is hard hitting and rocks at the same time.

Lyla D’Souza has the attitude of Joan Jett, but the vocal abilities of Doro Pesch, think if Bonnie Tyler just went ahead and made a flat out Rock album. Single‘Kerosene’ have a good chorus and serves a single but doesn’t hint at the greatness of the album, which is a compliment! The riffs are great too so big and heavy with a hint of the Blues in them. This album has hints of British and American Rock all over it.

The highlights are a plenty ‘Biege’ and ‘Stalemate’ slows things down and is a nice touch ‘The evil that men Do’ (not a cover!) is also a a rocking track.

As a debut you can’t ask for more. It’s reminiscent of the Almighty in their heyday. I’d love to see them on tour with Motorhead and I think Lemmy would love them!
