Tennesee rockers Kings Of Leon look almost guaranteed to reach the highly wanted number one sport in the UK album chart this week after absolutely incredibly first day sales of their new album ‘Come Around Sundown’
The band accomplished the phenomenal feat of selling over 75,000 copies of their album on the first day of release according to midweek sales statistics from the Official Charts Company. If the band manage to continue this success for the rest of the week, they will become the biggest selling artist of the year so far, a record that is currently held by Eminem’s latest album ‘Recovery’ which sold over 139,000 units in its first week earlier this year.
