‘Wild in Wildlife’ is the début album from Rock and Roll quartet ‘Ulterior’.

Opening with the dark themed, catchy ‘Big City Black Rain’, ‘Ulterior’ instantly hook you in with there repetitive riffs which enter you into a trance like state marching you forward into ‘Wild in Wildlife’.

The life on the edge themed lyrics of death,defiance and of course not forgetting ‘Sex War Sex Cars Sex’, are both addictive and hypnotic forming you into a kind of soldier of the Ulterior anti-authoritarian army, sticking two fingers up at the conformed with the loud and fast but also the soft and sweet as shown in ‘Shallow Brown’, which offers a different perspective of Ulterior displaying there versatility and range.

‘Wild in Wildlife’ is a chaotic apocalyptic carnival made up of drum machines, synths, guitars and almost monotone vocals, which you can’t help but find utterly brilliant.
