Disco-noir duo Sara Atalar and Joni Juden, aka Visions of Trees, are preparing to release their self-titled debut LP through Something In Construction on 11th June 2012. The album supersedes previous singles ‘Sirens’ (Deadly People) and ‘Sometimes It Kills’ (Moshi Moshi) – both of which were rapturously received across the blogosphere with their intricate production skills, heavy beats and dark, sultry vocals.

The first full-length from the East London twosome is a dance-fueled treat; they succeed in bringing back insistent synths reminiscent of the 90’s rave/house movement, with Sara’s tuneful goth vocals.

Visually dark, audibly dance, undeniably epic. Their new bigger sound is nicely summed up on the intro single Turn 2U, out now for free download. Also check out the b-side track, a cover of Sonic Youth’s ‘Express Way To Yr Skull’, also available now for free download.
