120 NAMES ALREADY ANNOUNCED! THE 25TH DOUR FESTIVAL IS ADDING EVEN MORE NAMES IN EVERY GENRE!

The line-up for the 25th Dour Festival is already filling out with 120 of the 200 planned acts announced. Now, after 3 weeks of silence, Easter chocolate, rumours, and anticipation, we can’t keep you hanging any longer! Today, we carry on where we left off with 24 new confirmations in every genre, for all tastes.

Rusko / Venetian Snares / Four Tet / Joy Orbison / Ben Pearce / Darkstar /
Charles Bradley and his Extraordinaires / Dj Shadow / DJ Yoda / Criolo /
Kate Nash / Suuns / And So I Watch You From Afar / Half Moon Run / J.C.Satàn /
Toots and the Maytals / ERM & Lee Scratch Perry / Buster Shuffle /
Skarbone 14 / The Skints /
Biohazard / Adept / Dagoba / ETHS

After a blistering concert two years ago at Dour, Charles Bradley and his Extraordinaires are back with another extraordinary album to present. In a different dimension completely, the legendary Dour performer DJ Shadow will set light to the Dance Hall on Sunday evening. Elsewhere, DJ Yoda, best known for being one of the ’10 DJs to see before you die’ will be joining Lefto’s Saturday night line-up. And, ever true to its reputation for diversity, we’re letting the Brasilian group Criolo add a little samba-rap to the Dour summer soundtrack. Pretty cool!

For those after something to make them ‘dance to the end of the night’, head for the tents and Rusko’s exclusive and rare appearance in Europe this summer. We also have the awesome Venetian Snares ready to bring down the roofs of the tents during the Saturday night breakcore line-up. Finally, the magical Four Tet, the prodigious Joy Orbison, the incredible Ben Pearce, and the savvy wizards Darkstar will guarantee that those who need a little music to keep them dancing will be getting some of the very best this 25th edition.

Brit-pop guardian Kate Nash, the playful And So I Watch You From Afar, the ingenious Suuns, the lively Half Moon Run, and the devastating J.C.Satàn will be charged with delivering an awesome rock line-up.

You ask, we provide! The Saturday reggae line-up is packed full with the new confirmations of ERM & Lee Scratch Perry and Toots and the Maytals. And the ska line-up is getting going with the ska-punkers Buster Shuffle, the Tournai group Skarbone 14, and the young London group The Skints.

The primitive spirit of the Cannibal Stage has been awoken with the confirmation of the legendary Biohazard, the brutalAdept, as well as Dagoba and ETHS, all guaranteed to bring you the required dosage of natural brutality and melodic metal.

And that’s your lot!
